Jeffrey Goffman is the Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of Integrated Oncology Network, LLC in 2009. Mr. Goffman was the CEO and Founder of OnCURE Medical Corp. (“OnCURE”). OnCURE was one of the largest providers of outpatient radiation oncology care in the United States until sold in 2006.
Mr. Goffman was also a co-founder of Affiliated Pet Systems, LLC, a private company that provides PETCT services in the Maryland / Washington D.C. area, which was sold in 2015.
Mr. Goffman was the CEO and Founder of U.S. Diagnostic, Inc. (“USD”), a leading consolidator of outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities. Mr. Goffman took USD Public in 1994.
Mr. Goffman is an inactive Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford. Mr. Goffman is the Chair of the American Cancer Society’s CEO’s Against Cancer California Chapter, and the former Chair of the Orange County Regional Council. Mr. Goffman serves on the non-profit board of CureDuchenne and Wings for Crossover.
Patrick Delhougne is the Founder & Managing Partner of Populus Capital Management (“PCM”). The company is a forward looking consulting company providing human capital and impactful retained search solutions. Patrick Delhougne has recruited board members, and senior executives including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, General Managers and other senior executives globally. He is regarded an expert in leadership development, assessment and recruiting solutions. He has been featured on Business Week, The Boston Globe, K/F Briefings and Institute and was teaching the career management seminar for the Harvard Business School Club of New York for many years. With a long history of strategic planning and consulting experience Patrick has worked for Accenture, Amdocs, Bain Capital, CA Technologies, Goldman Sachs, JDA Software, Nice Systems, SAP and many other venture capital and PE firms. Prior to this role, he was a Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International’s New York office, where he lead the Cloud and big data practice for the Firm’s Global Technology Market.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Delhougne was with Russell Reynolds Associates. Mr. Delhougne has also done extensive work for Israeli and other international clients with sensitive cross-cultural issues. Preceding this, he served as an equity sales associate and analyst for J.P. Morgan in London and New York, and was a case team leader with Bain & Co. in Munich, Germany, where he was responsible for managing strategy consulting and restructuring projects. Mr. Delhougne began his career with Siemens PLC in London as the assistant to the CEO, was promoted to corporate planner in the regional strategy group working with the board of directors at Siemens AG in Munich, and worked for the Siemens Transportation Group in Erlangen as commercial manager.
Mr. Delhougne has served as a member of the board of IFX Corporation, the board of Precision Camera, the board of the JDRF in New York. He also was an officer for the Harvard Business School Club of New York, and a board member of Teach for America New York Chapter. Mr. Delhougne earned his master’s in business from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, which he attended on the Werner von Siemens Scholarship. Mr. Delhougne also received his postgraduate diploma from the London School of Economics and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the U.S. International University – Europe.
Mr. Ingersoll is the President and Co-Founder of Integrated Oncology Network, LLC. Prior to ION, Mr. Ingersoll was the Director of Corporate Development at Vantage Oncology and OnCURE Medical Corp., two of the largest radiation oncology providers in the U.S. Mr. Ingersoll has also worked at Microsoft, in investment banking and as a management consultant. Mr. Ingersoll received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor’s in Finance from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Matthew Romney serves as Managing Director at Sundance Bay MM LLC. Mr. Romney serves as an Executive Director of Sundance Properties I, LLC. Mr. Romney serves as Director of Asset Management, Marketing and Communications for Sundance Bay. Prior to joining Sundance Bay, Mr. Romney served as the Director of Marketing and a Senior Project Manager for Crossroads Realty Holdings, a San Diego based real estate development firm. Mr. Romney previously worked in New York City for the advertising agency McGarry Bowen, where he oversaw the music production and licensing for commercials for Verizon, Chase, Disney and Reebok, among other clients. Mr. Romney is one of the founders of Wool & Tusk, a music supervision company for Advertising, Film, and TV. Mr. Romney earned an undergraduate degree in Communications from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Robert joined Comvest in 2002 and prior to this was a Partner of Commonwealth Associates, Inc. Robert oversees all aspects of managing the firm’s debt funds. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee for Comvest’s direct lending strategy, for both Comvest Capital I & II. He has been actively involved in financing and investing in lower middle market companies since 1992.
Robert’s areas of investment experience include business services, technology, media, and healthcare services.
Robert received a B.A. in Geography from London University while attending King’s College and the London School of Economics.
Barry Uphoff is the Managing Principal and founder of CHSO, Partner at Capricorn Investment Group (eBay Co-Founder Jeffrey Skoll’s $5B Family Office), and co-founder of Virgo Investment Group. Prior to joining Capricorn, Barry was a senior investment professional at Silver Point Capital. Prior to Silver Point, Barry was a Director with Trivest, where he led the firm’s healthcare investing activities. Prior to Trivest, Barry was a founding Partner of Diamond Management Consultants, where he led the firm’s global healthcare and strategy practices. Barry earned his BA from the Johns Hopkins University, Phi Beta Kappa. Barry read for a Diploma in Law and an MSc in Medicine at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. Barry also received an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Shahab Vagefi is a Principal with the Capricorn Healthcare & Special Opportunities (CHSO) fund. Prior to CHSO, Shahab worked at Capricorn Investment Group as an Investment Associate focusing on private debt and equity transactions. Prior to Capricorn, Shahab was a Senior Associate in the U.S. Growth Buyout fund at The Carlyle Group where he focused on small leveraged buyouts and growth-stage investments in the TMT, business services and education sectors. He was also an Investment Banking Analyst with the financial institutions group at Credit Suisse First Boston, and prior to that, with the technology group at JP Morgan H&Q. Shahab received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from a five-year, joint BA-MA degree program in International Relations and International Economics at Johns Hopkins University and the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
