Jeffrey Goffman is the Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Oncology Network, LLC in 2009. Mr. Goffman was the CEO and Founder of OnCURE Medical Corp. (“OnCURE”). OnCURE was one of the largest providers of outpatient radiation oncology care in the United States until sold in 2006.
Mr. Goffman was also a co-founder of Affiliated Pet Systems, LLC, a private company that provides PETCT services in the Maryland / Washington D.C. area, which was sold in 2015.
Mr. Goffman was the CEO and Founder of U.S. Diagnostic, Inc. (“USD”), a leading consolidator of outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities. Mr. Goffman took USD Public in 1994.
Mr. Goffman is an inactive Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford. Mr. Goffman is the Chair of the American Cancer Society’s CEO’s Against Cancer California Chapter, and the former Chair of the Orange County Regional Council. Mr. Goffman serves on the non-profit board of CureDuchenne and Wings for Crossover.
Mr. Ingersoll is the President and Co-Founder of Integrated Oncology Network, LLC. Prior to ION, Mr. Ingersoll was the Director of Corporate Development at Vantage Oncology and OnCURE Medical Corp., two of the largest radiation oncology providers in the U.S. Mr. Ingersoll has also worked at Microsoft, in investment banking and as a management consultant. Mr. Ingersoll received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor’s in Finance from Brigham Young University.
Stuart leads the company’s finance, accounting, revenue cycle, planning and IT functions. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of e+CancerCare which was acquired by ION in June 2019. Prior to e+CancerCare, he was the CFO of HarperCollins Christian Publishing, which comprises Thomas Nelson Inc. and Zondervan. Stuart has over 30 years of broad financial, strategic, operational, and merger and acquisition experience across multiple business segments with companies including Frito-Lay, Inc. (a division of PepsiCo), Centex Homes (now part of Pulte Group, Inc.), David Weekley Homes, CompX International Inc., NCH Corporation and Atlas Powder Company. Stuart earned a B.A. in Accounting from St. Ambrose University and a Finance Certificate from Southern Methodist University and is a licensed CPA and CGMA.
Mr. Gill is a founder of Silver Oak and co-manages the firm. Mr. Gill is responsible for deal generation and overseeing due diligence, structuring and negotiating transactions, overseeing the management of certain of the firm’s portfolio companies and fundraising.
Mr. Gill currently serves on the board of directors of Asure Software, Inc., the Pediatric Dental Practice Management platform, PLA, PRN, Redwood Dental and VASA Fitness. Mr. Gill previously served on the board of directors of Advantage Payroll Services, Aurum Technology, CompuPay, Convergent Resources, Direct Travel, Dynamic Hospitals, Education Corporation of America, GKIC, Interlink Communications Partners, iSystems, Merit Health Systems, Physicians Endoscopy, and six other companies.
Prior to the formation of Silver Oak, Mr. Gill was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Willis Stein & Partners, a private equity limited partnership. Mr. Gill and four other partners formed the firm in 1995 after successful careers together at CIVC, a subsidiary of Bank of America (formerly Continental Bank). Prior to CIVC, Mr. Gill worked in the Corporate Finance Department of Kidder, Peabody & Co. He currently serves on the board of the Illinois Chapter of The Alzheimer’s Association and The Josselyn Center and is past president of the Board of Trustees of the Illinois chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In addition, he periodically teaches at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. Gill received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Bucknell University.
Mr. Glisson is Principal at Silver Oak and is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and for working with portfolio company management teams on an ongoing basis.Mr. Glisson currently serves on the board of directors of Altura Communications, BBG, PLA, and PRN. Mr. Glisson previously served on the board of directors of NDC, Physicians Endoscopy and Tranzonic.
Prior to joining Silver Oak, Mr. Glisson was responsible for private equity investments in the business, consumer and healthcare services industries at Lake Capital, a middle-market firm with over $1.3 billion under management. Previously, Mr. Glisson was an Associate with Advent International, a global private equity firm with over $24 billion in cumulative capital raised. Mr. Glisson began his career in the investment banking division of A.G. Edwards, where he was involved in a variety of debt and equity offerings and merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr. Glisson received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Mr. Barry Tanner, CPA, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Physicians Endoscopy, L.L.C. Mr. Tanner joined Physicians Endoscopy in July 1999. He has responsibility for the partnership development activities, as well as being primarily responsible for the company’s strategic direction, and services development while also sharing in the day-to-day management and governance of several of the company’s partnered facilities. Prior to joining PE, Mr. Tanner served as Chief Financial Officer of Navix Radiology Systems, Inc. Mr. Tanner was a co-founder of Navix Radiology Systems, Inc. and primarily responsible for the creation of that company’s business plan. During the more than four years Mr. Tanner was with Navix, he contributed to building Navix from zero to over $75 million in revenues, including the acquisition of seven professional radiology practices and orchestrating the acquisition and financing of a major diagnostics subsidiary from a large national provider of dialysis services. Functioning as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Navix, Mr. Tanner was also responsible for all day-to-day operations of Navix. Prior to founding Navix, Mr. Tanner served as Chief Operating Officer at HealthInfusion, Inc. Before joining HealthInfusion, Mr. Tanner was primarily involved in the financial services industry. Mr. Tanner successfully orchestrated the financial and operational turn-around of two publicly traded companies within that industry having previously co-founded (in 1977) and operated Scientific Leasing, Inc., for over 10 years. Prior to Scientific Leasing, Inc. Mr. Tanner worked in public accounting for six years with KPMG Peat Marwick.
Ms. Williams Martin is a Vice President at Silver Oak and is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and working with portfolio company management teams on an ongoing basis. Prior to joining Silver Oak, Ms. Williams Martin was a Vice President at 2x Consumer Products Growth Partners, a growth equity fund dedicated to investing in emerging consumer brands. Prior to 2x Partners, she served as an investment professional at Grand Crossing Capital, a family-backed private equity fund focused on investments in the consumer and retail space. Ms. Williams Martin began her career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at BMO Capital Markets in Chicago.
Ms. Williams Martin received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Villanova University.
