Jeffrey Goffman is the Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of Integrated Oncology Network, LLC in 2009. Mr. Goffman was the CEO and Founder of OnCURE Medical Corp. (“OnCURE”). OnCURE was one of the largest providers of outpatient radiation oncology care in the United States until sold in 2006.
Mr. Goffman was also a co-founder of Affiliated Pet Systems, LLC, a private company that provides PETCT services in the Maryland / Washington D.C. area, which was sold in 2015.
Mr. Goffman was the CEO and Founder of U.S. Diagnostic, Inc. (“USD”), a leading consolidator of outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities. Mr. Goffman took USD Public in 1994.
Mr. Goffman is an inactive Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford. Mr. Goffman is the Chair of the American Cancer Society’s CEO’s Against Cancer California Chapter, and the former Chair of the Orange County Regional Council. Mr. Goffman serves on the non-profit board of CureDuchenne and Wings for Crossover.
Mr. Ingersoll is the President and Co-Founder of Integrated Oncology Network, LLC. Prior to ION, Mr. Ingersoll was the Director of Corporate Development at Vantage Oncology and OnCURE Medical Corp., two of the largest radiation oncology providers in the U.S. Mr. Ingersoll has also worked at Microsoft, in investment banking and as a management consultant. Mr. Ingersoll received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor’s in Finance from Brigham Young University.
is the Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Keyser was the Senior Director of Finance and Controller for Prospect Medical and the Vice President and Corporate Controller for Pacific Health Corporation. Mr. Keyser was responsible for financial reporting, consolidation, earnings releases, debt offerings and was involved in acquisition related activities for these hospital systems. From 1999 to 2011 Mr. Keyser was an Assurance Manager and Senior Manager in the Healthcare Group for the public accounting firms of Deloitte and Moss Adams, respectively. Mr. Keyser is an inactive Certified Public Account licensed in California and holds Bachelor Degrees in Accounting and Finance from California State University of Long Beach.
is the Chief Operations Officer of Integrated Oncology Network, LLC. Prior to ION, Mr. Bright was the Chief Operations Officer at SightLine Health and assisted in the startup of SightLine in July 2005. SightLine Health is a leading, national healthcare company that builds and operates patient-focused facilities providing advanced, non-invasive treatment options for cancer. He is the former Divisional CEO of SightLine Development Company and was responsible for joint ventures, strategic alliances and partner relations. Previously, he was the National Sales Director for Ramic Medical Imaging, which consisted of thirty eight multi-modality outpatient diagnostic imaging centers. Mr. Bright brings over 12 years of healthcare experience with a focus in oncology and radiology.
is SVP & Chief Development Officer of ION. Previously, Mr. Sklar was VP of the Cancer Center Solutions for Philips Healthcare, where he was responsible for Philips’ initiative to build a comprehensive approach to provide clinical and business solutions for providers of cancer centers.
Previously, Mr. Sklar served as the VP of Business Development for Philips Medical Capital (“PMC”). He was also a member of PMC’s Credit Committee and PMC’s Operating Committee.
Mr. Sklar previously held positions as the Chief Development Officer for OnCure Technologies Corporation, US Diagnostic Inc. and also MediTek Health Corporation. Mr. Sklar has a BS degree from Rider University in Finance.
Ryan White is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Compliance Officer of ION. Prior to ION, Mr. White was the Compliance Officer for DaVita Health Plan of California. Mr. White has extensive audit, compliance, investigations, privacy and regulatory experience and is skilled in the implementation of global compliance programs, risk assessments, policies, internal control procedures, and the comprehensive analysis of exposure issues related to internal and government audits and investigations.
Previously, Mr. White served as the Senior Director of DaVita HealthCare Partners National compliance program. Mr. White has also worked in senior compliance and legal roles at Allergan Inc. and McKesson Corp. Mr. White has a Bachelor’s Degree from Vassar College in Biopsychology.
is the head of Southern California operations for ION. Mike was previously with OnCURE Medical from 2002 until 2007 as part of Mr. Goffman’s team as a Sr. Financial Analyst working in the areas of finance, acquisition, and physician relations.
Previously Mike worked at Celestica (A $600 Million regional contract electronics manufacturer) as a financial analyst, IPC Communication Services (a $120 Million international printing, CD-ROM & DVD manufacturing, software packaging & distribution company) as an assistant controller.
Nicki McKnight CPC, CHC is the Compliance Director and Arrangements Officer for Integrated Oncology Network, LLC. Prior to ION, Ms. McKnight was the Director of Compliance for Vantage Oncology and OnCure Medical Corp., two of the largest oncology providers in the US. Ms. McKnight has also worked for Medicare, training auditors and assisting with investigations and as owner and Chief Operations Officer for OnSite Medical Corp., performing billing and collection services for physicians. Ms. McKnight has a Bachelor’s Degree from Weber State University, is Board Certified in Health Care Compliance through Health Care Compliance Association and is a Certified Professional Coder.
is the VP of Revenue Cycle for Integrated Oncology Network, LLC. Prior to ION, Ms. Phan was the Accounting and Revenue Manager for OnCURE Medical from 2004 until 2012 where she developed standardization of financial reporting, billing and collection, captive finance, as well as revenue recognition matrix analysis. Ms. Phan was instrumental in establishing reporting and monitoring of revenue cycle operations resulting in efficiencies in both revenue capture and collections.
Prior to OnCURE, Ann held various finance, business, and controlling positions at Sentry Medical Products and Tyco Healthcare. While at Sentry Medical Products and Tyco Healthcare, Ann was the Vice President of Finance and Controller where she was over-seeing all accounting functions, finance & acquisition synergy analyses, and integration / consolidation of newly acquired business. While at Tyco Healthcare, she was credited for leading $1M+ in cost reduction and rebate recovery projects.
Mirela has 20+ years of experience in the medical billing field. She started her career in the healthcare industry working with a pediatric group in the referral and billing department. Mirela honed her collection skills when working for a DME company and at Medical Management Resources where she was given the responsibility for managing the company’s specialty collections. In 2011, Mirela was the Collections Supervisor at OnCURE responsible for all the California centers.
For the last 5 years, Ms. Chorzewski has been the Billing & Collections Manager at IPSS where she supervises charges, payments and the AR, as well as being responsible for administering and leading all billing and collection functions of the department. Mirela arranged the Billing Dept assignments and responsibilities to assure accuracy while evaluating and organizing office procedures to guarantee efficient work flow. Mirela restructured billing functions and streamlined processes in order for billing to be submitted timely, to ensure that proper payment is received. She is responsible for denial management and complete appeal process.
Monica has specialized in contracting and credentialing Medical Providers with Health Plans, IPAs, Hospitals and state government enrollments for over 5 years.
Previously, Monica has served as a Specialist at Mednax Services, Inc. overseeing all initial enrollments as well as recredentialing, hospital privilege reappointments and Group Disclosure forms.
During her time there, she had re-defined the concept of timely enrollment through her fast and accurate work ethic. Reducing processing time from 8 months to 4 months for office based providers. Monica Graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a degree in Sociology.
Jeremy is the Director of I.T. for Integrated Oncology Network, LLC. He has 17 years of experience in information technology, spanning infrastructure, systems and application implementation and support, network configuration and security, and ensuring critical IT operations for the organization.
Prior to ION, Jeremy worked at OnCURE Medical Corp. as a Clinical Information Systems Analyst, coordinating between the treatment centers and I.T. on all aspects of clinical information systems, facilitating the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of clinical systems. Jeremy has also held positions as System Administrator at OnCURE and at Kinecta Federal Credit Union. Jeremy received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton.
